We Sell Houses Logo Design

My recent logo design for We Sell Houses, an unconventional online property agent.

I was approached recently to produce a design for We Sell Houses, an energetic and sales-focused agent who are geared to move property in a market decimated by the economic climate.

As very much a “blank canvas” project, some work was required to dig deeper than the online keyword-led business name.

After some extended consultation and research, we settled on the core of their business: locating serious buyers for motivated sellers, a tagline suggested to reinforce the retro-fitted brief. The simple image of the house roofline lent itself naturally to the compass concept, and the new design was born.

Stand-out was all important amongst the sea of solid primary colours used by the major agents, and I settled on a vibrant yellow canvas for the deep black logo.

Having produced the themed Sales board for WSH, I’m hoping to expand their identity to their other communications in the future.
